👉🏼 Not every customer is visiting your site on their desktop. Be sure to check all imagery and text align on all devices i.e. do your mobile and tablet sites still function and appeal aesthetically like your desktop?

 

👉🏼 Use Google Analytics (G4A) to find out who visits your pages! You don't have the opportunity to meet your audience in person, so check them out virtually!

 

👉🏼 Hot Jar. This is a great tool to spy on customers browsing your site. Watch their cursers and see which products they click into more frequently than others! Adapt and build your website with this data to boost sales and traffic!

 

👉🏼 Colours are VITAL. Some colours attract customers more than others. Check which coloured buttons are clicked more than others and change your colour scheme accordingly
